Vick, Carly, and the bears come to the hot springs, and find a Neva’s statue there. It reacts to the keepsake when Bramble places the keepsake into the groove of the statue, and an entrance appears. They get into a cave and find Neva in there. She is becoming smaller and weaker. They decide to get her to the Crystal Peak to heal. However, the ground caves in. Neva falls into a deep chasm when trying to save Vick. Luckily, she is lifted up by some gas. They quickly get to the Crystal Peak for Neva to heal. When the fishes are nourishing her, the team of four see her memory with her mom. However, the detector shows abnormal data again and Neva still feels weak. They decide to go back to under the mountain to find out what happens.
